Cancellation of service

I have been trying to get my business account cancelled for nearly 2 months. All I get is an automated response. Not even the Telkom shop can assist. I have been having these problems since 1999 with Telkom. From the many complaints is there not an attorney on this site who is willing to take up a class action against this company?
