Cancellation of Service

Simon Manager of Westgate.I did a cancellation of service ***.This was on 29 October 2015.He told me it takes 72 hours and someone from cancellations will phone me on Monday 2 November 2015 till today nobody has phoned me.On 4 November 2015 I phoned call centre 180 and was told that he is incorrect as cancellations takes 21 days and not 72 hours. <br> <br> In my day service like this was punishable and as it carries a financial implication it would maybe also go to court for ******** charges.When I was working we at the store could complete such a simple trance action.It would seem Telkom is going backward and not forward.
