Cancellation of Service

<p>Good Morning.</p> <p> </p> <p>I've tired for several months now to try ande cancel my account, can someone please help me to sort this out.</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm not paying this account ever again. Tried since 1 September to get it done and its still active.</p> <p> </p> <p>I've mailed, faxed, phoned, been to the shop, everything no luck.</p>
