Cancellation of Service

<p>I have been trying to cancel one of our company's phone lines ( ********** 585) to no avail since July. I have sent numerous e-mail requests and made numerous phone calls. Customer services can't assist you, they keep giving e-mail addresses that you receive no response from and the cancellations department doesn't have a phone number that you can phone and follow up. So we continue paying for a line we are not using since July 2016. Pathetic!</p>
