Cancellation of Service - ***

<p>Interaction Ref:AI ********** </p> <p> </p> <p>I have received this respond on Hello Peter - my Telkom account is STILL not cancelled!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I have requested this April 25th. Termination date was May 31th. I was only contacted wia HelloPeter once I reported it here - Still I receive an account with an increased balance on an ACTIVE account! This is going to reflect om credit record which is completely not my fault because this account should've been terminated end of May.</p> <p> </p> <p>Telkom is so frustrating!!!!</p>
