i am trying to get hold of telkoms retentions department to cancel an order o placed alomost 2 months ago, the phone just goes dead when the agents put me through.<br> <br> i would just like to cancel my order. if the service is this bad already.<br> <br> order number to be cancelled is as follows: (***) PLEASE CANCEL ORDER
