Cancellation of order

Made an online order of a laptop and wifi router, costing R399 over 3 years. It was approved and scheduled to be delivered. It's been 3 weeks now. Last week I called the sales and billing depts because I no longer wish to continue business with this company. After having been sent to and fro the 2 depts a number of times, finally I got someone to assist, but then they couldn't because they were offline. They have since not been picking up calls. I don't know now how to cancel this order because I am no longer interested in this contract. The initial fee has already been debited from my account.
