Cancellation of my order after it was approved

I have app**** for a phone and it was approved, their agents would never call to tell me about the process , it’s been almost 2 weeks with no update and now I am hearing my order has been cancelled because of my home address they couldn’t pick up , so in other words all these damn days I’ve been waiting for my phone they couldn’t call to say oh yes mam we can’t pick up your home address can you provide it to us , Telkom’s agents are ***********, so what’s the way forward now I must really and wait for how long ? They has this nonsense tendency of leaving you on hold until the call drops and they never call back. I strong DO NOT recommend Telkom , useless
