cancellation of my capped deal without my consent

I had a R100 contract with Telkom in May a guy by the name of Nevin called me with an offer me a better deal for R99 of which I accepted and my bill indeed was R99 last month to my surprise this month the bill came to R394.41. upon enquiring by telephone, you get taken from pillar to post and if one rates those phone calls bad then automatically your calls won't go through one will be directed to WhatsApp or text messages, they took me out of my capped deal without my consent to an uncapped deal THIS IS VERY WRONG I asked for recordings and was promised that my complain will be escalated and never received no email at all
