Cancellation of month to month contract without consent

So an agent cancelled my contract without my consent. I spoke to Silindile Potwana and she checked with her manager, yes there is a recording of me saying that I want my 24 months contract to be moved to month to month but there's nothing they can do as it wasn't actioned properly, just an apology and advised to take out another contract. yah! nor! 2020 is a movie straight!!
