Cancellation of Mobile

I have trying to cancel my mobile router for 6 months now with no luck. I've been at the parow centre branch and I was given a page follow the steps then you can cancel but in the same breath I told the consultant that im struggling with the cancellation. This is really the worst experience because I keep on being sent to the telkom app to cancel my contract. I will never recommend anyone to take a contract out with telkom. They are so quick for the sale but there is no after sale and building relationship with your clients. It's more like a one hit wonder # I want this contract to be canceled ASAP and I want a agent to assist me
