Cancellation of line

Hi, the one I had a active line and the next day my line was just cancelled by Telkom. No reason was given. I find it despisible that an ISP can just cancel your line without notification. Telkom is without dought the worst ISP is the entire country. I would not recommend them to anybody. They are without doght the worst ISP in the entire country. They would have to go a long way to convince to stay with them.
