<p>i had an office in ballito kzn it closed in august 2016 i have been trying since then to disconnect the line </p> <p>with the assistance of Seetha from stanger telkom i was able to disconnect only in april 2017 . 8 months later i have been paying the rental fee for all these months i require a refund as i have proof that i requested cancellation in september </p>
