Cancellation of every service with telkom

Telkom the worst service ever ,I’ve got a contract for R440 but always get billed three time or five times.I’ve sent an email two weeks ago till to date have to received any feedback.disputed the active invoice but I get no feedback.I need the contract cancelled with immediate effect.
