Cancellation of contract.. Telkom didn do a damn thing to help me but threaten with legal action

Good day.. So since November last year I've been struggling with a cancelation of a contract with telkom that was never sapose to be there in the first place up until today nothing has happened and I even have my cancelation case number and yet it just does not get canceled and yet they have a nerve to threatened me with legal action for non payment for a contract that must be canceled I have been on and off the phone with agents I have emails and case numbers for all these calls but I am officially tired of dealing with telkom you have made my life hell I had so much patients with you guys but clearly patients is not enough how are you threatening me with legal action for a contract that I wanted cancelled in November last year already but you people are the ones that does not cancel it.. If there is anyone out there that can assist me with this on going problem because telkom has not helped me one bit my wish now is to be done with anything that is telkom.
