Cancellation of contract not finalised: Poor customer service

I have been trying to cancel my contract with TELKOM eversince begin of the month, to date I have not received the reference number. The call centre agents are sending me from pillar to post. Is the the way TELKOM conduct its business, if yes, I will have to lodge a compalint with the Office of Consumer Prtector
