Cancellation of Contract and Refund

<p>I have cancelled my contract with Telkom Mobile on the 1 March 2016. My contract was only cancelled in June.</p> <p>I dont understand all the delays in your cancellation process. Further to this I was given a reference number for a refund and I see telkom still takes money from me on the 30 June 2016. I want my refund of R467 and my R127.50 that was taken. Please can you look at the calls/cases and advise me why do you need to call me if I have instructed you I dont want the number and want my money.
