Cancellation of contract account

<p>I went to a telkom store back in august ( 2016) to cancel my contract, and was given a cancellation form to fill in and email to this email address which is ********** i filled in the form and email it to that email address this was in august 2016. however i am still getting invoices showing that the account is still active, please credit my account and cancel this account </p>
