Cancellation of Contract

<p>My 24 Months contract of smart Internet 2.5G + Samsang Galaxy Tab 3 came to end 3 months ago. I have been trying to cancel the contract for all that time but no suceess. I have been to store filled in the cancellation form and phoned more than 10times but nothing. The agents keep telling me the same thing and I keep telling them I want to cancel but I'm going in circles with these guys. The worst part, they deducting me money for a contract I have cancelled. You would expect professionalism from such a big name but it's really a big headache.</p>
