Cancellation of Contract

<p>I went to the Telkom Mobile maponya mall store the 3rd of July to fill out a cancellation form for my contract ending 13th August to date I have been sent from pillar to post even being told that my form has not been processed at all 42 days later!!!! The consultant I spoke to today advised that my form is sitting with a "Ntokozo" from Back Office and that I will be billed this month even though my contract is supposed to end the 13th August 2016!! Telkom mobiles service is absolutely dismal I regret ever signing up for a contract with them I was advised that a supervisor by the name of Thembelihle Phumula will contact me and I am still waiting for this to happen,this is not the first call I've been promised by a consultant from their "supervisor"</p>
