Cancellation of contract
<p>I took out a contract for 2GIG data over the phone and was promised that prior to delivery someone will contact me. i since changed my mind and no one contacted me until a courier delivered the package with no paperwork. Getting to cancel the contract has proved not to be possible, I have been sent to sell direct and mobile talk who have assured me that they do not have a contract with me , whilst telkom mobile can see the sales person on their system and have said to have notified them of my wish to cancel . No one has contacted me thus far and my 7 days cooling off period is now gone. That is unfair of telkom but since i don't exist on any of their systems i will reverse the debit order if it goes through so that the owner can then trace me and explain why I could not find them during my cooling off period to cancel. This is just ********* bussiness practice and unfair to us consumers.</p>
Still waiting to be contacted and now a debit order of twice my normal debit was made.I am going to reverse that debit since I don't want that contract.Everything is still as delivered telkom has just to collect their sim and router.They lost me as a customer,I cannot trust them.
