Cancellation of contract

<p>On the 20th of march 2016 i went to maponya telkom mobile to cancel the contract i completed the cancelation for they took my alternative no they say the cancellation dep will call me after 2 week which never happen i keep on calling the calcentre they said the person who ws assisting u send to a wrong deparment they will send to a right dep till nw m still waiting for dat call n now i dont want my contract to continue because last wen i cancel my previous contract it took 2 m0nth to respond to cancel i hd to call them 12th time. For me i wont recomend telkom mobile because the service that i am getting frm the workers its bad bad bad. My ref for my quiry is ***1 . my so ****ed off i need my contract tp be cancelled . the bad service dat i ever hd in my whole entire life</p>
