cancellation of contract

I refer to my previous post o hellopeter for which telkom mobile provided me a ref and promised someone would be in contact:***. In December i requested cancellation of 2 contracts and to date telkom mobile has not cancelled this. I want this back dated as i emailed, called, visited the stores and posted hellopeter complaints.
