CANCELLATION OF CONTRACT

I am highly dissapointed and SICK of Telkom 's service , i asked them to cancel the contract ( on ***) that i had took with them for a tablet .. i went to the store at sandton city on the 23rd of September to fill in cancellation form , 27th October again i went to Maponya Mall and still the contract us running now i am getting a BILL that i owe them 660.00 for the device because its running month-to-month ..WHICH PART OF CANCEL CONTRACT Can Telkom not get ..not only that i am told the account is with the back office or whatever that is ..I have requested help Numerous times on facebook ,RY,GE,JM all kept saying sorry for any inconvenience caused someone will call you ..seriously !!!2 months later !!! can you just CANCEL THE DAMN CONTRACT ALREADY .. I will never ever take any contract with TELKOM LET ALONE ADVICE anyone to take contract with them<br> <br> please just cancel the contract and also amend my statement !!!jeez must i now beg for you to cancel the contract that is actually ended ..
