Cancellation of contract

Goodday, I would like to tell my story about Telkom Mobile talk. We cancel the contract with Telkom Mobile Talk in Aug 2018 and receive the confirmation of cancelling the contract. Still after 8months and alot of emails to them they still subtract the montly payment from our bank account. Please help. They did not respond to my emails.
