Cancellation of contract
ive been trying to cancel a product i app**** for online and have yet to hear back. according to the customer service only the person that can cancel this is the sales person who i spoke to. i have yet to hear from him. when i called again according to the system there was no email sent to request a call back.
why is this the only way to cancel a contract if they are not efficient enough to do a cancellation
