CANCELLATION OF CONTRACT!!!

Good day Charles, With reference to the telephone conversation with my wife, I cannot call you as I am out on the farm. I am incredibly disappointed in the handling of this account, as it has now reflected very badly on my credit record. This was SUPPOSED to be canceled. I am now requesting a cancellation for a contract that I app**** for and could not use, due to misinformation about the area I could use it in. KINDLY CANCEL WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT!
