Cancellation of contract

I've been with Telkom for the past 4 years and was a happy client until today. I couldn't use my Drivers licence to cancel my contracts but this is the same Drivers licence I used when signing up for these contracts, to me it didn't make sense and its even worse when you being assisted by the same person who assisted you take up the contract. I was so dissapointed, she gave me a form and didn't even bother telling me of what are the penalties or how the process will take place. Thank you very much Telkom, your service stinks.
