Cancellation of contract.

I cancelled my land line contract with Telkom 1 March 2016 as I was moving from Rustenburg to Parys on a farm and Telkom service was not available on the Farm. After sending the cancellation forms 2,3,4 times every time I had to send it to a different e-mail address. I moved 1st of April. many months later the line was cut dew to non payment so the cancellation was not done from Telkom side. Many calls, e-mails ect the a lady informed me it was cancelled... Then debt collector started phoning me as Telkom handed me over.... Today again I was contacted by new debt collectors for the Telkom account... I will not pay for Telkom not doing the work they are supposed to do!!!!!
