cancellation of contra

8.ta does not want to cancel my contract, I have bin trying to cancel it for the past 3months but no luck. I don't owe 8.ta anything my contract was due in June up to now I still pay 8.ta even if I don't want to, I don't use their number anymore. when I phone they tell me different stories in a way that they even have the wrong contact numbers on their system.
