Cancellation of cellphone contract and refund

I had a cellphone contract with Telkom, I cancelled it before the end of its term and paid a certain fee for cancellation. Apparently I paid over from what I was suppose to pay. I requested a refund and they said it will take 7 working days, as I am writing this review it’s been 2 months, I’ve being making calls to Telkom, the only reply is that the back office will give me a call
