Cancellation of Cancellation request

<p>I made a request to cancel my telkom line in the begining of the month. We then decided to cancel that request as we still want to keep the line. I went to the telkom store and they told me to call 10210 which i did. Yet to date i have not received any confirmation that this has been done. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have tried calling the 10210 number again and keep getting cut off. When i do get through, no one can help me!</p> <p>This is very disturbing and telkom needs to change the way they do things! I cannot afford to have this line go off at the current moment and need it to keep working!</p>
