Cancellation of Business Telephone

<p> Its unbelievable how useless Telkom has proven to be. I am so frustrated and gobsmacked that I don't ever think I will use them again ! I have a business line which was MEANT to be transferred to another company, Telkom lost the papers, we sent in new ones and it did not get transferred ! Eventually I decided to cancel the line and after calls back and forth I got the correct information and sent it to them in MAY. After repeated calls to Telkom AND baving gone into the Telkom Shop in Greenstone they have not cancelled the line. 3 Months !!!! I phoned them on Friday to see how far the cancellation was only to get the now standard response "it hasn't been done yet, please send me an e-mail and I will escalate the problem for you". I wanted to use Telkom for ADSL and mobile BUT I think that ANYONE could do a better job than them. IN the meantime the account which has meant to be cancelled just gets bigger and bigger</p>
