Cancellation of Business number

I had a contract, which I cancelled. The contract had 4 numbers, two of these numbers were for data purposes and 2 were mobile numbers. The one mobile number, which is my primary business number, I requested to be put on a pay as you go. They cancelled all 4 numbers and now my business line has been cut off as well. I am losing income as a result, and this is a primary means of contact with clients. I have phoned call centres, I have been to the store at Cape Gate. No one responds. I have no help and have been thrown around permanently. Being treated like this after being a client for many years is really upsetting.
