Cancellation of Adsl Line...Struggling for 6 months to get it canncelled.

I am trying to get my Adsl cancelled now for 6 months with no success.. I sent you several emails to you official email address.. I also called you several time. The *********** lady tells me. There is a migration order on the line. The more I am try tell her i want it cancelled the more she say is is migration order and she cannot do anything for me. Telkom you services is very bad even Tswhani musicality is better than you. I am going to the ombudsman with this issue. You are steeling from me.
