cancellation of ADSL line an impossible scenario

Even if you do all the steps that you must do to cancel a telkom adsl line - they ignore you.

I've sent the information 15 March 2018 and still waiting for the cancellation to take place.

But now , nearly 3 months later, I don't want the cancellation to take place.
