Cancellation of account

I cancelled my telkom account online a month ago and have paid my account in full. i have received no feedback/response. i especially gave a months notice as that is what Telkom requires and that I don't have to waste money paying it this month. I have called and emailed to find out the status of the cancellation but have received no feedback. I just want my account cancelled and confirmation of this.
