Cancellation of account

My partner has been calling to try and cancel the account we have with Telkom and was made to hold for more than 30 mins, after getting through he was told he is being transferred to the cancellation department only to be kept on hold for another 30 mins. A contact form has been submitted 2 weeks ago still no response or call back. What does one have to do to get assistance???
