Cancellation Not Processed Due to Incorrect Information On Website

On 9th February 2017, I attempted to cancel my Telkom Fixed Line contract. I found this link on Telkom's own website:

http://www.telkom.co.za/today/help/home/faq/how-do-i-cancel-my-contract-or-follow-cancellation-home/

stating I should download the cancellation form, and email it to ********** which I did.

On April 13 2017, I noticed I was billed again. Checking my account, I found it had not been cancelled. Going over the form, I found a section saying I should email the form to **********
Querying this, I was told I emailed the wrong email, and I would be billed between 9th Feb (original cancellation date) and the 13 April (second cancellation date), but I was not incorrect in emailing the wrong email as it was listed on Telkom's own website. Trying to explain to the staff at Telkom over online chat did not help, and I am no longer based in South Africa so I cannot go speak to someone in person.

Absolutely shocked that Telkom is expecting me to pay for a mistake that THEY have made on their website.

Hello Peter removed emails, so putting them here for clarity:
I emailed : 10120 @ telkom.co.za, because it was on their website as the address I should email. I then emailed servcancellation @ telkom.co.za which was the apparent correct email.
