Cancellation not processed after 2 months of numerous promises

<p>I have called in multiple times to ask for my cancellation on a telkom mobile contract to be processed as the 24 months had elapsed months ago. I signed the cancellation form and sent that to the relevant email address months ago. I was promised a call back but nothing. I have been on the phone will multiple agents but the service is extremely poor. Can someone please process the cancellation and refund my debit orders for the last month.</p>
