Cancellation not done

<p>Telkom confirmed that my DSL landline will be cancelled 20 July 2016 but I'm still receiving a bill. They informed me that my account will be credited as well as I paid for the full month of July.</p> <p> </p> <p>I need this sorted asap.</p>
