Cancellation no responce and they dont do the job

I followed there procedures to cancel our 2 lines because of pour service from Telkom. Send all needed docs to [Email Removed] they don't come back to us no response. If you send a follow up mail it said undelivered mail box full this is ridicules! If you phone the call centre cant help me they cave me a other nr to phone and that does not exist *** bad attitude, On my Letterhead I send we request cancel off 2 lines they only cancel one I phoned *** with escalation but no one came back to us. They just don't bother to do there job and they still billing us.
