Cancellation - no answer
I have been trying for months to cancel my landline. I cannot get through to anyone, I sit for over half an hour each time and no-one answers. this is pathetic service, I do not have a walk in centre anywhere near me either, I cannot cancel my landline online either, this is pathetic service. can someone please get hold of me asap in this matter.
