Cancellation nightmare never buy a Telkom contract

Hi ... You are still taking money from my account, although I have cancelled ur service after the duration of the contract ... Where can I get redress since u guys are continuesly contravene the Consumer Protection Act. See the reference number below And check when did I cancel the contract and you sent me a sms saying the query is closed that was 15/O3 and to date u still deducting money from my account.
