Cancellation Nightmare

I have been trying to cancel a contract I took with Telkom,each time I call the cancellations department I am put on hold for over an hour listening to the same prompts and being told the next available agent will assist me,debiting my account is not a problem but to cancel one has to jump through hoops to be assisted.
