CANCELLATION nightmare and waiting for my FULL refund!!

I have been struggling with Telkom to cancel a contract from October 2018!! They can see and prove that I didn't use the router since I acquired it and they have only partially refunded me.

They still owe me a substantial amount!!

The contract was finally cancelled in JANUARY 2020 after over 30 phone calls from my side and chatting to many Telkom consultants and their team leads. Each of those phone calls lasted an average of 30-45mins. I have also send numerous emails and 1/2 of the consultants would respond.

All I needed was simple, which was cancelled the contract and refund me YET it has taken 1 year and 3 months. That is incredibly insane!!!
