Cancellation nightmare

I canceled a contract that initially ended in November 2022 though I only got to cancel it in March 2023, and now I am still being billed for the contract in May. Calling for a consultant was horrible, as most calls went to voicemail, and there is no email to send a request to, once I finally get on a call with a consultant they tell me cancellation takes 30 to 60 days, mind you I had called them mid-April to double check if all has been canceled and they said it would only take 30 days! They are not reachable and are just taking people's money! disgusting
