Cancellation never done

<p>i had a mobile contract with Telkom the cancellation was due for December 2015 i requested an early cancellation September 2015 able to pay the additional cost that go's with it, needles to say that never happend so i waited for the contract to run out and left it there, march 2016 i saw that Telkom is still deducting the contract amount via debit order for my account i phoned them numours times asking that the contract should be cancelled and my account be credited back but still nobody has come back to me !!!! this is nothing else as *****ling.....</p>
