Cancellation misinformation
In June 2015 we went into the telkom store in mall@reds to cancel our account. We gave written notice with a copy of the account holder's ID. To our knowledge we had cancelled our account but apparently telkom phones you to confirm that you want to cancel as well, even though the Consumer Protection Act states that written notice will be sufficient
