Cancellation Just NOT hapenning

This is the second time I complain on Hellopeter.com about Telkom. If I do not get satisfactory results after this avenue, I will have to complain to the South African Complaints and Reviews Board and seek legal advice. Telkom in terms of service delivery is robbing me of my rights and flatly *****ing from me!
